Updated: May 1, 2023

"Noroc" to everyone!

Let's start with the beginning. If you are looking for a restaurant in Sacramento, California, where you can eat the tastiest, traditional Eastern European Food, a restaurant that knows what true hospitality means, then you are in the right place.

Welcome to the Noroc Restaurant blog!

Our history begins in the lands of Moldova, where every meal is the most important and mouthwatering, and when it comes to hospitality, no matter your social status, you are first and foremost the guest of those you stop by.

When we say "our history" we are not talking about us in particular as the people who created the Noroc Restaurant concept. But about our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and ancestors, who without many studies in tourism and gastronomy have implanted in us this love for simplicity, food, and hospitality. It came naturally. What can be more beautiful than that?

This has made us who we are now, and we are trying to pass this tradition to our children, grandchildren, and generations to come.
